Training on “Preparation for the Procurement Coordinator Qualification Exam”

  The training on “Preparation for the Procurement Coordinator Qualification Exam” was completed at the RA SRC Training Center, a partner of the AGBU “Learn and Earn: Artsakh” program. The training was conducted by Ani Torosyan,Project Manager and Procurement Coordinator at the “KZNAK” Foundation.

  The objective of the training was to introduce participants with the procedures of organizing, financing, and planning procurement processes, including the preparation, completion, approval, and publication of procurement plans, as well as the procedures for conducting electronic auctions and approving the list of goods, works, and services to be procured through such auctions, among other topics.

  As a result of the training, participants are eligible to take part in the procurement coordinator qualification exam organized by the Ministry of Finance and, upon successfully meeting the required threshold, obtain a certification.

  The “Humanitarian Aid and Integration of Nagorno-Karabakh Refugees” program (“Learn and Earn: Artsakh”) is implemented by AGBU Armenia, funded by HEKS/EPER, in cooperation with the “Shen” NGO and the “Syunik Development” community organization.
