Representatives of the SRC and the SRC "Training Center" Hosted on Armenia TV's "Bari Luys" Program

Varazdat Hayrapetyan, Deputy Head of the Inquiry and Operational Search Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, and Lianush Ohanyan, Recruitment Specialist at the RA SRC "Training Center" SNCO, were hosted on Armenia TV's "Bari Luys" ("Good Morning") programme to present the admission procedure and career opportunities offered by the Tax Officer Training Programme of the Inquiry and Operational Search Department.

During the broadcast, the guests highlighted the prospects the course offers to citizens aspiring to initiate a professional career within the public sector. They explained that the programme aims to train a new generation of tax officers who possess not only the required professional knowledge but also a high sense of responsibility, integrity, analytical thinking, and operational decision-making capacity.

Presenting the admission process, Lianush Ohanyan noted that Armenian citizens aged 18 and above who hold a higher education degree, regardless of their specialization, are eligible to apply. The selection process consists of several stages, including assessments of foreign language and computer skills, an interview, followed by a two-week intensive training programme, and a final examination.

For his part, Varazdat Hayrapetyan emphasised that effectively combating modern economic crimes requires professionals with a new mindset who continuously develop their competencies and are proficient in contemporary investigative tools and methods. According to him, a highly qualified operational officer is shaped through knowledge, practical experience, and continuous learning, while the training course represents the first important step on that professional path.

At the end of the programme, viewers were reminded that applications would be accepted until July 29, 2026, inclusive. Applications can be submitted online through the official website of the RA SRC Training Center, where comprehensive information about the admission process is also available. The course is free of charge, and participants who successfully complete the training will have the opportunity to join the staff of the Inquiry and Operational Search Department of the State Revenue Committee.
