Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector
The training course will take place on November 17, 2026 (from 18:30 to 21:45). Upon completion, a certificate will be awarded by the SRC Training Center, RA.
The rapid development of digital technologies, particularly the application of artificial intelligence (AI), is bringing significant changes to the organization of governance and work processes. In the public administration system, AI is increasingly viewed as a tool for improving efficiency, accelerating information processing, and strengthening analytical capabilities.
At the same time, the use of AI in the public sector raises a number of questions and concerns related to preserving the role of humans, accountability for decisions, data protection, and ethical limitations. Uncontrolled or inappropriate use of AI may lead to managerial, legal, and systemic risks.
In this context, it is essential to develop the capabilities of public-sector professionals to understand the opportunities and limitations of AI, as well as mechanisms for its responsible and controlled use.
The course is intended for:
• Public servants
• Mid- and senior-level managers
• Analysts and project managers
• Professionals involved in the use of digital tools in public administration
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
• Understand the opportunities and limitations of artificial intelligence
• Apply AI as a supporting tool in their professional activities
• Maintain managerial oversight and accountability
• Mitigate technological and ethical risks associated with AI use in the public sector.
