Training Course on “Managerial Skills”

One of the key pillars of effective and sustainable workplace relations is the quality of communication, which in turn depends on personal and professional skills such as time management, constructive conflict resolution, successful negotiations, stress management, and others.

Emphasizing the continuous improvement and development of soft skills, Armen Ghukasyan—Co-founder and Development Director of the "School of Ethics," Founding Director of "Insights" company, and certified Intelligence Trainer of the Russian "Winners Academy"—conducted a training course on "Managerial Skills" for employees of the RA SRC structural subdivisions.

The course aimed to equip participants with:

• tools for time planning, prioritization, and effective use of time,
• methods to understand the causes of conflicts, distinguishing between their types, and managing them effectively,
• skills for achieving mutual understanding of interests, identifying win-win solutions, and formalizing agreements,
• the ability to recognize, manage, and use one’s own and others’ emotions constructively,
• improved empathy, communication, and teamwork,
• practical techniques for coping with stress, recovery, and maintaining mental balance.
