SRC Ranks 5th Among Attractive Employers

The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia ranked 5th among Armenia’s most attractive employers, out of more than 500 organizations included in the recent survey.

On January 31, the “Hayrate 2024” event took place, during which the Top 10 most attractive employers in Armenia, as selected by students, were awarded.

“Hayrate” is a joint initiative by the Armenian HR Association and Grant Thornton Armenia, within which a survey is conducted among students of Armenia’s leading universities with the aim of:

highlighting employer attractiveness among young people entering the labor market (career growth opportunities, team culture, quality of leadership, salary levels, working conditions, etc.);
assessing how effectively employers’ efforts to increase brand awareness resonate with students.

Approximately 2,200 students participated in the 2024 survey, freely expressing their opinions and identifying the best employers of the year regardless of industry.
