General and Practical English for Tax Service Employees

In line with its mission, the RA SRC Training Center continues to organize training programs and concentrate resources to help employees of the tax and customs systems improve their skills, increase productivity, and remain competitive in their careers.

Continuous training is essential in today’s rapidly evolving labor market, where new skills and knowledge are constantly in demand.

Investments in language learning — whether through formal education, self-study, or other programs — provide significant long-term benefits for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole.

On April 30, a certificate award ceremony was held at the SRC Training Center for participants of the two-month program titled “General and Practical English for Tax Service Officers,” attended by employees of the Taxpayer Service Department.

As a result of the course, 25 employees of the tax system had the opportunity to improve and deepen their knowledge of the English language.

Arus Hakobyan, Coordinator of Training Programs at the SRC Training Center, expressed gratitude to the trainer and participants for this achievement.

The trainer, Kristine Harutyunyan, thanked everyone for the cooperation and the active engagement of the participants.

Participants highly appreciated both the trainers’ work and the outcomes of the course, emphasizing the practical applicability of the acquired knowledge in their daily work.
