The First Phase of the Joint Programme Between SRC Training Center and AGBU Has Been Successfully Completed

On 28 July, the RA SRC Training Center hosted the closing event of the first phase of the professional training courses delivered within the framework of the "Learn and Earn: Armenia" programme implemented by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU).

Throughout the programme, participants received training in three high-demand professional fields — sales, accounting, and customer service— acquiring the practical knowledge and skills necessary for their future careers.

The event brought together representatives of the SRC Training Center and AGBU, trainers, and programme participants. During the meeting, the results of the first phase were reviewed, while participants and instructors had the opportunity to share their impressions and experiences.

Opening remarks were delivered by Lilit Poghosyan, Partnership Programmes Development Specialist at the SRC Training Center. She expressed her gratitude to AGBU for the effective cooperation and to the trainers for their valuable contribution to the successful implementation of the programme. She congratulated the participants on successfully completing the courses and wished them new professional achievements.

Astine Badeyan, Programme Manager of the AGBU "Learn and Earn: Armenia" program, thanked the SRC Training Center staff and trainers for their dedicated and supportive approach toward the participants. She highlighted that many graduates had already achieved significant professional progress by securing new employment opportunities, strengthening their skills, and expanding their career prospects.

Participants also shared their impressions, noting that the courses had provided them not only with professional knowledge and practical skills but also with greater self-confidence, stronger communication abilities, and improved competitiveness in the labour market. They expressed their appreciation to the organisers and trainers for the high-quality learning experience and continuous support throughout the programme.

At the conclusion of the event, participants received their certificates of completion, after which they continued networking in an informal setting.

To ensure the continuity of the initiative, the second phase of the programme has already been launched, providing a new group of participants with the opportunity to acquire in-demand professional skills through labour market-oriented training programmes.

⭐ Graduates of the programme are now ready to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in the workplace. Employers interested in recruiting new specialists in sales, accounting, and customer service are invited to contact the SRC Training Center to receive additional information about programme graduates and explore potential cooperation opportunities.
