Tax and Customs Officials Advance Skills with AI Training Led by Expert Grisha Hovsepyan at SRC Training Center.

This program, aimed at integrating Chat GPT and other AI innovations into public service operations, was expertly led by Grisha Hovsepyan, Marketing Director for AMCG Company, renowned for his extensive teaching experience in artificial intelligence.

The training began with an insightful exploration into the principles of artificial intelligence, offering a solid foundation for understanding its transformative impact on public service efficiency. Under the guidance of Grisha Hovsepyan, participants delved into AB work models, the critical role of GPUs in the Information Unit, and the effectiveness of AB tools when applied across various AI models or their combinations.

A key focus of the session was on application models of prominent AI technologies like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini. Officials were introduced to advanced linguistic models and strategic frameworks such as APE (Action, Purpose, Expectation), CREATE, RACE (Role, Action, Context, Expectation), and TAG (Task, Action, Goal). These insights, aimed to empower officials with the skills to leverage AI for enhanced decision-making and efficiency in their operations.

The training also covered the evolution of the fintech sector through the lens of AB tools, with Hovsepyan highlighting the transformative effects of AI on the banking system, tax and customs administration, and financial management. The introduction of GPTs in the financial sector, including fintech assistant tools, underscored AI's potential to simplify complex financial tasks and improve process efficiency.

The program wrapped up with an overview of AB tools such as Grammarly, Perplexity AI, Compose AI, UiPath, and Herpa AI, showcasing their ability to dramatically enhance work efficiency. Through Hovsepyan's guidance, participants learned how these tools can minimize workload, bolster accuracy, and streamline tax and customs operations.
